
As I often talk about “new media” in my blog, I tended to only talk about new media focusing the Internet technology. Today, the internet technology is not only limited in use of the personal computer, but mobile devices. In terms of marketing communication, the ubiquity of mobile devices offer powerful advantages to the marketing practitioners; Mobile marketing enables direct and interactive communication between companies and targeted consumers without time and location barriers. For this reason, along with the rapid growth of mobile service industry, mobile is becoming a popular marketing medium for the contemporary marketing practitioners. Therefore, I would like to spend sometime to research into this mobile marketing for a while.
